Hi! I'm Chelsa.

If you're looking for teaching ideas or a new recipe, this site is for you. At the moment, I'm focusing on Japanese food. I enjoy cooking it ALMOST as much as eating it. I've taught primary and secondary students for a total of twelve years. In addition to the public school system in the United States, I have also taught in Japan and Spain. This is a place for me to archive my recipes and share teaching resources that I have found or made over the years. I'm just getting started and hope to have more content available soon.

When I'm not spending time researching lessons, I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, and being outdoors. Thanks for visiting!
